Privacy policy
TenX SLC LLC (“TenX SLC”, “we” or “us”) is a software studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. This policy explains what we collect through this website and through the apps we publish, why, and what you can do about it.

This website
Google Analytics. Counts visits and shows which pages are read, how people arrived and roughly where they are, by country and city, using a random identifier rather than your name. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years. Google keeps the data for 14 months, and its advertising features are switched off. Google LLC provides it; see Google’s privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity. Records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and shows it to us as heatmaps and replays. Text on the page and anything you type are hidden in the recordings. It sets the cookies _clck, which lasts about a year, and _clsk, which ties one visit’s pages together and lasts about a day; Microsoft can also set its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com, such as MUID. Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days, and heatmaps and a sample of recordings for up to 9 months. Microsoft Corporation provides it; see the Microsoft privacy statement.
Your choices on this site. Your theme (light or dark), your language and your answer about analytics are kept in your own browser’s storage, as tenxslc-theme, tenxslc-language and tenxslc-consent, so the site remembers them. They never leave your device. We ask about analytics again after a year.
Hosting. Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use that information to identify you.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
The contact form. If you send a message with the form on Support, your name, email address, topic and message come to us as an email, sent through our email provider, Resend. This website doesn’t store them. Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads once you start filling in the form, checks that the message comes from a person, using information about your browser and connection for that check only. After that, we treat the message like any other email.
Our apps
Each app we publish has its own section on this page, added before the app is released. It lists what the app collects, why, how long it’s kept, and any service that processes it for us.
Whatever the app, we:
- collect only what the app needs to work
- don’t sell your personal information
- tell you in the app before asking for access to things like your camera, location or contacts
- let you delete your account and its data from inside any app that has accounts
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@tenxslc.com. To delete an account in one of our apps, see how to delete an account.
We reply within two business days and act on requests within 30 days. We may need to confirm that a request comes from you, usually by replying from the email address on the account.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the reason it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Each app’s section gives its own periods.
Children
This website isn’t directed at children under 13. If an app is meant for children, its section says so and explains how it meets the rules that apply.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how an app uses your information, we’ll also say so in the app.
